Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold risk-free Kreative Worx against liabilities that happen out of;
(1) Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise disseminated in connection with Kreative Worx server.
(2) Any material abounding by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
(3) Copyright infringement and any faulty products sold to buyers from our server.
OVERUSE
Kreative Worx has rights to suspend any account found overuse in space or in bandwidth, and if found overuse second time after intimation then account holders must have to upgrade their account to higher package to continue, if no action taken within 24 hours after intimation then account may be terminated.
DISCLAIMER
we will not be answerable for any compensation your business may undergo. We make no guarantee of any sort, uttered or obscure for services we offer.
